Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Exceptions to the return window: There are currently no exceptions to our 30-day return window for specific product categories.
Original Packaging: Incorrect or unwanted orders must be unopened in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Condition of Product (Other Reasons): For other reasons, such as damaged or faulty products, please contact us at admin@germanier.co.za with details of your return request and include photos as proof of damage. We will use these details to determine eligibility for a full refund or store credit.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted products. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email admin@germanier.co.za with details of your return request and include photos if applicable.
Refund Options: We offer store credit or a reimbursement to the customer’s original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for any returns.
