1. Delivery time
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over R1000. Standard shipping for orders under R1000 will be calculated at checkout. Organic by Sophie Germanier will deliver within 2 – 5 working days depending on the region where your parcel needs to be delivered. If you need any assistance or prefer to talk to us and order by email, you are most welcome to do so. Please pop an email through to admin@germanier.co.za

2. Return policies and breakages
As all our wines are bottled in glass and the transport process can get a lil bumpy, please check your order for breakages before accepting the delivery. In the case that a bottle has sustained damage, take a photo and send it through to us and we will make plans to rectify this. Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the products should be directed to admin@germanier.co.za
