In Celebration of our 25th Anniversary of being Organically Certified, we have crafted a unique wine using each varietal available on the farm to create a true expression of our terroir.

This special blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon (68%) Shiraz (13%) Merlot (12%) and Pinotage (7%)

Tasting notes:
Aromas of plum, blackcurrant, and cherry, with underlying tones of spice. The palate is layered with fresh fruit and silky ripe tannins. A very attractive palate with a rich, smooth finish.

Food pairing:
Try pairing this wine with a platter consisting of cheeses, charcuterie, quality butter, sourdough bread, and some of your favorite preserves. This wine is versatile as a blend and can be paired with a mix of flavors. You could also keep it simple and open it up at a family braai.
